FAQ Can I book before/after hours of days you are closed? Can I book for scheduled days off? Yes! You can book a VIP appointment by simply completing the contact form above or reach out directly via text: 336-939-6212. The service is charged at an hourly fee of $155. Do you charge extra for overgrowth for retightenings and interlocking services? Yes! Clients with visible overgrowth, typically services more than 8 weeks out, are subject to an hourly fee of $125 for a retightening service and you will be notified prior to starting the service. What is the hourly fee for services over 3 hours up to 5 hours? The hourly fee is $195. Anything over 5 hours is considered a maintenance appointment and requires a consultation for hourly pricing. If I do not book a shampoo service, how far in advance should I shampoo? Please shampoo no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment is subject to being cancelled if you arrive with hair that has not been shampooed and you do not have a shampoo services booked. What are acceptable forms of payment? Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle and Debit/Credit Card. What is your cancellation policy? Please cancel no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid an additional fee equal to 50% of your intended service. If a fee is incurred, it must be paid before additional appointments are booked. If it is not paid by close of business (10pm) any additional appointments will be cancelled.
