Do you provide therapy to Nevada residents?

Yes! We provide telehealth and in-person therapy to residents of both California and Nevada.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept MOST insurances. We are currently in network with Anthem Medi-cal as well as Blue Shield of California. If you’d like to verify your insurance before a consultation call or an appointment, please click here to complete our verify your insurance form. We will let you know what your cost per session will be.

How does your co-pay work?

You ONLY owe your copay at the time of the session. We bill your insurance company for you so that you don’t have to waste time submitting super bills and wait for reimbursement.

How many sessions do I need to attend before I start feeling better?

It is quite common for people to feel better after a couple of sessions – your first few sessions involve assessment as your therapist gets to know you and review the goals that you have for therapy. Sometimes you can feel better right away, as you develop a connection with your therapist and sometimes it can take a little longer.

Do you offer child therapy?

Yes! We have several therapists who work with children and families and believe in the “whole child” approach.

Can you help my partner or my kids too?

Yes! We use a collaborative, attachment-based approach to therapy. We will work with you (and your partner or children) to identify which therapist would be most effective.
