Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "TOS") carefully before using the Engagemii platform, including our website, mobile or web applications, and any brand chat, live video, or rewards services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Engagemii, LLC ("Engagemii," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at privacy@engagemii.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Engagemii enables registered consumers to chat with partner brands through AI-powered conversations, participate in live video sessions, and earn engagement rewards. The Service may include:
Consumers earn XP through platform activities. Daily caps ensure fair participation. Each qualifying chat session (5+ turns) awards 10 XP, max 3 sessions/day. Product clicks award 50 XP, max 3/day. Purchase verifications award 500 XP with no daily cap.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from rewards received through the Service.
We may withhold, reverse, or forfeit rewards if we detect fraudulent or manipulative behavior, including use of bots, multiple accounts, or any attempt to game reward systems.
Rewards and XP do not constitute a guaranteed income, wage, or entitlement. Engagemii may modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
Engagemii may impose limits on the number, length, or frequency of conversations with any brand to maintain service quality and prevent abuse.
You agree not to: use the Service if under 18; impersonate any person or entity; submit false or fraudulent information; use bots or automated tools; attempt to circumvent limits or restrictions; harvest data without consent; reverse engineer the Service; transmit spam or malicious code; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or upload defamatory or infringing content.
Some Brands may present mature content. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and consent to potentially viewing such content.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, features, and technology comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Engagemii, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
By submitting User Content, you grant Engagemii a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely in connection with operating and improving the Service.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to privacy@engagemii.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and any accrued rewards may be forfeited.
Engagemii AEO audit reports, fix implementation files, and AI citation monitoring (collectively, "AEO Services") are provided for informational and optimization purposes only. The following disclosures apply to all AEO Services:
Engagemii does not guarantee that implementing any AEO audit recommendations, fix files, or structured data will result in your brand being cited by any AI engine, assistant, or search platform, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, or Gemini. AI citation and ranking algorithms are proprietary, frequently updated, and entirely outside Engagemii's control. Results will vary based on your industry, competition, content quality, and the evolving standards of each platform.
All AEO Services are based on current industry best practices for Answer Engine Optimization, including structured data markup (schema.org), llms.txt specifications, AI crawler accessibility standards, and E-E-A-T guidelines as understood at the time of delivery. Engagemii makes reasonable efforts to stay current with evolving standards but does not warrant that any specific practice will produce a particular outcome on any platform.
AEO audit scores and reports are generated using a combination of automated analysis and AI-assisted evaluation. They represent an assessment of your website at a specific point in time. Scores are advisory only and do not constitute a professional SEO, legal, or technical certification. Engagemii is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by website changes, dynamic content, access restrictions, or platform updates that occur after the audit date.
Fix files delivered as part of the AEO Fix Implementation service are provided "as-is" for use at your own discretion. Engagemii is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or adverse effects resulting from implementing these files on your website. You are responsible for reviewing fix files before installation and ensuring compatibility with your platform and existing site configuration.
AI citation monitoring results reflect queries run against available AI APIs at the time of the weekly check. They are indicative only and may not represent the full range of AI engine behavior, all possible query variations, or the experience of every end user. Monitoring results are not a real-time or comprehensive audit of your AI presence.
Due to the computational cost of generating AEO audit reports and fix files, all AEO Service payments are non-refundable once report generation or fix file generation has been initiated. Monthly monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ENGAGEMII DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGAGEMII SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ENGAGEMII IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Engagemii, LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
Please read this section carefully. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration shall take place in New York, New York.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be in state or federal courts in New York County.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Engagemii. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
