We already have an IT provider and a separate web agency. Why would we change?

Most Australian SMBs we meet are paying three to five vendors who don't talk to each other. The IT provider doesn't know what the web agency built. Are you a web agency or an IT company?

Neither, on their own. Most agencies will build you a website but can't help when your Microsoft 365 breaks or your team needs cybersecurity. Most IT firms can keep your systems running but can't generate leads or build a custom workflow. We do both, plus the strategic advisory layer above them. That's the point: one partner who understands the whole picture, not three vendors blaming each other.

What does AI automation actually mean, and is it just hype?

For most SMBs, AI automation isn't ChatGPT-style chatbots. It's removing the boring, repetitive work from your team's day: tender responses that take 90 minutes reduced to 8 minutes, lead enrichment that took half an hour now takes 30 seconds, document processing that used to need a person now runs automatically. We don't sell AI for its own sake. We look at where your team is wasting hours, and we build automation that pays for itself. If AI isn't the right answer, we'll tell you.

How is your pricing structured?

Two parts. Project work (websites, migrations, automation builds) is fixed-price. You know the cost before we start. Ongoing support is a monthly support plan scoped to your business size, typically replacing what you'd pay separately for IT support, web hosting, and maintenance. There's no lock-in contract. Most clients stay because they want to, not because they have to. Our longest relationship is three years and counting, and most of those clients are still with us.

Are you Melbourne-based or Australia-wide?

Headquartered in Melbourne, working with clients across Australia. The team you'll talk to and the founders running your account are Australian. Our delivery engineers are part of an integrated team we manage end-to-end. You get one point of contact, one quality standard, and one accountable partner. Whether you're in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or regional Victoria, the relationship is the same.

We're a small business. Are you only for enterprise clients?

The opposite. Our typical clients are Australian small and medium businesses: independent dental practices, professional services firms, finance brokers, retail operators. The reason we exist is that SMBs deserve the same calibre of technology advice that enterprise companies get, without enterprise pricing or complexity. Our founder spent 18+ years in enterprise technology, leading strategy, infrastructure, and digital programmes across national retail, finance, and professional services, before starting Abnaasi to bring that calibre of thinking to SMBs.

How long does it take to get started?

The Digital Readiness Review is a free 30-minute call. After that, if there's a fit, we deliver a written assessment within a week. Most engagements start within two to three weeks of the first call. For urgent issues (security incidents, major outages, a website that's costing you leads) we can usually move faster.

What happens if we want to leave?

You leave. There's no lock-in clause, no exit penalty, and no claim on your data, your domains, or your accounts. We'll hand over documentation, transfer credentials, and brief your next provider if you want us to. We'd rather lose a client gracefully than keep one who isn't getting value.
