How does seating work at Ardent?

The taproom and beer garden are open seven days a week. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. You can order via QR code from your table or from a server at the bar.

What drinks does Ardent serve?

Ardent beer is available on draft and in cans. We also serve cider, wine, and a variety of non-alcoholic options. The menu is always evolving and updated regularly.

Does Ardent serve food?

Yes, we serve a limited menu from our taproom kitchen. Outside food is also permitted. Eazzy Burger and ZZQ are right next door.

Are kids welcome at Ardent?

Yes, children are welcome. Snacks and juice boxes are available for purchase.

Are dogs allowed at Ardent?

Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome outdoors in the beer garden, but pets are not allowed inside the taproom. Water bowls and dog treats are available upon request. A covered area with heat lamps is available in the beer garden between the Ardent taproom and Eazzy Burger.

Is smoking allowed at Ardent?

No smoking in the beer garden. An ash tray receptacle is available near the parking lot entrance to the beer garden. Public consumption of cannabis remains illegal in Virginia and is not permitted anywhere on Ardent premises.

Is there parking at Ardent Craft Ales?

Yes, there is a private parking lot available to guests behind the brewery, accessible via Highpoint Ave. The gate is locked when the taproom closes, so if you need to leave your car overnight, use the free street parking available throughout the neighborhood.

How do I get to Ardent by public transit?

You can take the GRTC Pulse bus rapid transit, or use bike or scooter rentals and rideshare services.
