How does the AreYouOK check-in system work?

AreYouOK allows you to set up daily safety check-ins. If you miss a check-in, your designated emergency contacts will be automatically notified to ensure your safety.

What happens when I miss a check-in?

If you miss a scheduled check-in, your emergency contacts will receive a notification with your last known location (if enabled) and instructions on how to check on you.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes, we prioritize your privacy and security. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information with third parties except with your designated emergency contacts when you miss a check-in.

How many emergency contacts can I add?

You can add up to 5 emergency contacts. We recommend adding at least 2 trusted contacts who can check on you if needed.

Can I customize my check-in schedule?

Yes, you can set your preferred check-in times and frequency. The app also supports flexible scheduling for different days of the week.
