Where do you source your raw ingredients?

Our commitment is to source locally whenever possible. Most of our meats come from pastured, free-range farms in Lancaster County, PA. In cases where local sourcing isn’t available year-round, we supplement with high-quality meats from trusted suppliers across the U.S., never compromising on ethics, quality or safety.

What is "Whole Animal Nutrition"?

Whole animal nutrition is an approach to feeding that uses muscle meat, organs, and bones—just as nature intended. By using the entire animal, pets receive naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fats that support optimal digestion and overall health without relying on synthetic supplementation.

What is the best way to thaw your foods?

We recommend thawing our raw food slowly in the refrigerator or at room temperature. If you’re short on time, sealed tubs of food can be placed in cool water to speed up the process. Avoid using a microwave, as it can compromise both food quality and nutritional integrity.

How long does the food stay good once thawed?

Once thawed, our raw food can typically be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For best freshness, keep food sealed and refrigerated between feedings and keep any portions that won’t be used within 5 days frozen.

Can I thaw and refreeze?

Yes, our food can be thawed and refrozen one time. For best quality, refreeze promptly after thawing. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.
