How fast can my mail go out once I approve a job?

Most campaigns move into production quickly after proof approval, and many pieces can enter the mail stream within 48 hours (next day mailing is available). Exact timing depends on format, volume, and postal class, but our goal is to keep your campaigns on a predictable schedule.

What mailing volumes can Zairmail handle?

Can you help me with a mailing list?

Yes. You can mail to your own customer or prospect lists, or purchase targeted business and consumer lists through Zairmail. If you don’t have your own list, we can help you find exactly what you need. We offer real-time list purchasing for consumers from Acxiom and for businesses from Dun & Bradstreet. We also have access to thousands of specialty lists. We help you reach the right audience while keeping address quality and postal compliance in check.

What types of mail pieces do you support?

Zairmail supports letters, postcards, snap packs, and other common direct mail formats. You can upload ready-to-print artwork, work from templates, or have us help with design for new campaigns. We can also convert formats automatically in production—for example, turning a letter into a snap pack. Once your mail piece is finalized, we handle printing, addressing, and entry into the mail stream.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract or minimums?

No long-term contract is required. You can send a single letter with the Speedy app, launch a local campaign for your small business, or run large recurring national campaigns through our production network. We focus on making mail easy to use at whatever scale your business needs.

Can I track when my mail is delivered?

Yes. Zairmail uses postal barcoding and delivery signals so you can see when mail pieces enter the mail stream and when they’re delivered. You can also receive alerts as your order is processed, printed, mailed, and delivered, giving you real-time updates at every stage. That level of transparency makes follow-up and campaign reporting much easier.
