Is it legal to sell my diabetic supplies?

Yes! It is completely legal to sell your unused, unexpired diabetic supplies. These are your personal property that you purchased or were prescribed. Selling them is no different than selling other unused medical supplies or household items.

What supplies do you accept?

We accept most diabetic supplies including test strips, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) like FreeStyle Libre and Dexcom, insulin pump supplies, lancets, and more. All items must be sealed in original packaging, unexpired, and in good condition.

Do you accept expired supplies?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept expired supplies. However, we do accept supplies with at least 6 months until expiration. Supplies with longer expiration dates typically receive higher payouts.

How fast will I get paid?

We process payments within 48 hours of receiving your supplies! Once we inspect your items and confirm the quote, you'll receive your payment quickly via your preferred method.

How do I get my money?

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience: check, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. Just let us know your preference when you request your kit, and we'll send payment your way.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, 100% free! When you request a mail-in kit, we include a prepaid USPS shipping label. You never pay anything for shipping. Just pack your supplies, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

What if I change my mind?

No problem at all! There is absolutely no obligation when you request a kit. If you decide not to send supplies, simply recycle the box. We won't charge you anything or follow up aggressively.

How much will I get for my supplies?

Payouts depend on the type of supply, brand, quantity, and expiration date. Check our price list for estimates. Supplies with longer expiration dates and popular brands typically get the highest payouts.
