About Dr. Kelly Frazee

Opening up can be tough, so here’s a little about me. I enjoy being outside with my kids and my dog. I enjoy knitting, reading, and exploring different cultures through travel. During the pandemic, I developed a passion for houseplants—digging in the soil helps me feel calm and grounded.

My Approach

As an Army veteran, I created a career helping others outside of the VA system. I believe in your capacity for growth and healing. Using Person-Centered, trauma-informed care, I provide a safe, collaborative space to build resilience, gain insight, and move toward self-actualization.
