What does "white-label" actually mean?

Your clients download an app that has your name, your icon, your colours and your splash screen. FitFocus is invisible to them, they interact with your brand every day.

Can I migrate from another coaching platform?

Yes. For the major platforms (Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit and more) we have a concierge migration where we import your exercises, programs and client list. Most coaches are fully switched within a few days.

How long does setup take?

A typical single-coach workspace is live the same day. A multi-coach gym with full branding is usually 1–2 weeks with dedicated onboarding support.

Do you handle nutrition coaching too?

Yes. Meal plans, macro targets, habit check-ins and food logging are all in the platform, you don't need to bolt on MyFitnessPal or a spreadsheet.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You own your coaching data and can export clients, programs and history at any time. On cancellation we keep your data for a retention window and then delete it, exact window documented in our Terms.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months at a discount. Enterprise / gym plans have custom terms negotiated with us directly.

Do you offer a free trial?

No self-serve trial. FitFocus is a premium, hands-on product, we run personalised demos and paid pilots for coaches who are serious about switching. The demo is free and covers your specific setup.

Is it built for solo coaches or multi-coach businesses?

Both. FitFocus ships one plan, every feature, unlimited clients, $799/month billed annually. Solo coaches, online coaches, PTs, and gym owners all work from the same platform. Gyms running multiple coaches talk to us about team pricing.
