No appointment necessary! Feel free to walk in or place an order ahead of time for a quick & easy pick up!

What kind of ID do I need?

You’ll need to present a valid photo ID twice: once at the door and once at the register. Acceptable forms of ID include a current driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state-issued ID card showing that you are 21 years or older. Unfortunately, we do not accept temporary forms of ID.

Do you accept out-of-state medical cards?

Massachusetts does not offer medical marijuana reciprocity, but you are still able to purchase recreationally!

What payments do you accept?

Garden Remedies accepts cash and debit cards.Since cannabis is still illegal at the federal level, dispensaries cannot process payments through traditional banking networks, including Apple Pay. We accept cash & debit cards only.

What is your return policy?

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues with a product, you can return it to the store. Please bring the item, original packaging, and receipt, and our team will work with you to find a solution. If you wish to return accessories, Garden Remedies can only accept unopened and unused accessories and paraphernalia. Please contact the manufacturer directly for faulty/defective items.
