Sometimes the same item's price varies in the streetwear and sneaker marketplace, depending on the availability. Our promise to you is to always offer the best price available at the time you place an order.

Can I self pick-up my order?

Yes, you can! Simply choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. Please note that self pick-ups will be ready within 2-4 working days of your order confirmation.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes — depending on the time, we do offer same-day delivery within Klang Valley via Lalamove or Grab. Kindly WhatsApp us at +6016 895 7112 before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange the delivery. Our team will assist you accordingly. Please note that same-day delivery is subject to timing, driver availability, and cut-off hours. Delivery fees are borne by the customer and are not included in the item price.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship to over 220 countries using reliable courier services such as Aramex, SF Express, UPS, TNT, DHL and FedEx.

What do you use to ship locally?

We ship locally via Poslaju, DHL eCommerce, CityLink or J&T Express, depending on your parcel size and weight. If you prefer a specific courier company, do leave us a note at checkout!

How much will I be charged for shipping?

This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. The good news is we offer free shipping to Malaysia & Singapore on orders above RM500!
