How can I find affordable counselling in Singapore?

Insightful Counselling offers several affordable options. We provide $10 face-to-face counselling sessions on Sundays and free online sessions via Zoom with our intern counsellors (who are completing their Master of Counselling and work under supervision). These sessions are available to individuals aged 18 and above and cover a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and low mood. What therapeutic approaches does Insightful Counselling use?

Insightful Counselling uses a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. Where is Insightful Counselling located in Singapore?

Insightful Counselling & Training is located at 10 Raeburn Park, Block A, #03-01, Rooms GH33/GH35, Singapore 088702 — near Outram Park MRT. Clinic hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (closed on public holidays). Sessions are by appointment only. We also offer secure online counselling for clients who cannot visit in person.

Do I need a referral or diagnosis to book a session?

No referral or diagnosis is needed. You can contact us directly to book your first session. We welcome anyone who feels they could benefit from professional support, regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis.

What happens if I am not sure which type of counselling I need?

That is completely normal. In your first session, your therapist will take time to understand your concerns and goals before recommending the most suitable approach. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out — that is what the first session is for.
