Hi, and thanks for checking out IRK! We just finished up 10 songs for our debut album and are currently gearing up for shows, promoting the songs and filming music videos. International Rap Kings (IRK for short) was started by Mark Sky the Limit and Primm Crux over a few drinks in Hollywood, Ca. Mark Sky, born and raised in the LA area, was making some banging beats in his little apartment, and happened to come across Primm Crux from South Carolina who was making some fun little rap songs also, so they teamed up with a goal to make some fun party bangers with big themes.

We like to tell stories kind of like Beastie Boys did back in the day, but with beats influenced by people like Bassnectar, Daft Punk, and Die Antwoord. You won’t hear IRK just rapping about the typical money and hoes type stuff, we notice a void for positivity and the quest for higher truth in today’s rap scene so we want to inspire people to stay hopeful and reach for higher divine levels of being. Don’t get us wrong, we like to party big as much as any other rockstar, but we also want to stay true to a bigger purpose and we hope that comes through in our music.
