How long does it take to create a line for a customer?

Once you are logged into the Autven reseller panel, creating a line takes 30 to 60 seconds. You set the username, password, connection limit, bouquet, and expiry date — the line goes live immediately after saving. No manual activation needed on our end.

Do IPTV reseller credits expire if I don't use them?

No. Credits never expire. You can purchase a bulk package today and use the credits over weeks or months as your subscriber base grows. There is no deadline to activate them.

What do I do if a customer's stream keeps buffering?

In most cases, buffering is caused by the customer's internet connection or Wi-Fi signal — not the server. Ask them to test on a wired ethernet connection first. If buffering only happens between 7pm and 10pm, their ISP is likely throttling streams. A VPN installed on their device usually resolves this. You can also check their line's active connection status directly in your panel.

Can I offer free trials to potential customers before they buy?

Yes. Trial lines are created directly from the panel and do not use any credits. You set the trial duration — typically a few hours — and the line expires automatically when the time is up. If the customer decides to subscribe, you create a paid line using one credit.

What devices are compatible with the IPTV lines I create?

Lines work on any device that supports an IPTV application — including Amazon Fire Stick, Android TV boxes, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, MAG boxes, iOS devices, and Android phones. Your customer needs three things: the panel URL, their username, and their password. They enter these into their chosen IPTV app such as IPTV Smarters or TiviMate.
