Mantra4Change works directly with government schools through partnerships with education departments at the state and district levels. Our programs focus on building education leaders, improving teaching practices, and strengthening system-level support structures. We design and implement contextual interventions through capacity-building workshops, in-school mentoring, and collaborative action with local stakeholders.

Education Leadership is at the heart of our approach. We believe that strong education leaders create the conditions for better teaching and learning.
