How does MirrorFit detect my yoga poses?

MirrorFit uses AI to track 33 body landmarks through your phone's camera in real-time. It compares your body position against reference poses and recognizes when you've entered a pose. Once recognized, the timer starts automatically and the app advances to the next pose when your hold time is complete. No internet connection required during practice.
