How quickly can we go from decision to production?

We scope every project before committing to a timeline. Typically: two weeks to a complete architecture proposal, two to four weeks to a first working deployment in a staging environment, and four to eight weeks to production — depending on your existing infrastructure. How does this cover our GDPR and EU AI Act obligations?

Structurally, not contractually. Your data never leaves Germany — it runs in our certified green data center in Augsburg or on your own hardware. Most organisations reach full payback within three to six months. Beyond that, the economics improve as usage grows because the infrastructure cost stays flat.

What does long-term support look like?

We work on retainer or project basis — your choice. Either way, we stay involved after go-live: model updates, infrastructure scaling, new use cases, and regular reviews. We have been running some client environments for over a year. You do not rebuild context with a new team every time something changes.
