What is childcare management software?

Childcare management software is a digital system that helps early childhood and OSHC providers manage operations, compliance, family engagement, CCS & billing, staff rostering, and reporting. Whilst some childcare management software can be single-function (e.g. Kidsoft focuses primarily on CCS & Billing), OWNA is Australia’s only true all-in-one childcare management platform designed to save time and simplify centre operations.

How long does onboarding take?

We recommend 4-6 weeks to onboard. This will allow us to ensure your team are up-to-speed, and that you've successfully transitioned from your current software. If you are ready to make the switch, we can do the whole onboarding process in as little as 5 days. It just depends on how quick you can get your data to us.

Does OWNA integrate with CCS & Payroll?

Yes. OWNA is fully integrated with CCS submissions, billing, payroll, and HR features. That means you can manage all your childcare admin, compliance, and staff management from one place.

Do I have to sign up to a contract?

No. We don't lock our customers into contracts or do notice periods. If we do our job properly and provide you with best-in-class software, we shouldn't need to lock you into lengthy contracts. And if you decide that OWNA isn't for you, just let us know and we'll cancel your subscription from the end of your current invoice period.

Are there any setup costs?

We don't charge setup costs for onboarding. The only fee you'll pay is your monthly subscription and an optional one-off charge of $399 to setup your enquiry, waitlist and enrolment forms which is optional (but recommended).
