Can I combine discounts with financing?

Yes. Sale pricing, promo codes, and volume discounts are applied before financing. Your monthly payment is based on the discounted subtotal when you choose Pay Over Time at checkout.

Can I return my PrivacyPod unit?

Most indoor models are eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in original packaging with an RMA. A 50% restocking fee applies. Outdoor Pods and Home Pods are final sale; exchanges are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How do I apply for PrivacyPod financing?

Select Shop Pay Installments at checkout and complete the quick online application (soft credit check). Approvals are typically instant. Options include 4 interest-free payments or monthly plans up to 24 months, depending on amount and credit profile.

Can I rent a PrivacyPod office phone booth or meeting pod?

Short-term rentals are not offered, but lease-to-own terms (about 12–60 months) and discounted demo units may be available. For time-bound needs (events or pilots), contact the team to review inventory and options.

Does PrivacyPod deliver to residential addresses?

Yes. Residential delivery can be arranged within the continental United States. Due to crate weight, lift-gate service is used to lower the shipment to a driveway or garage.

How many boxes will my pod arrive in?

Each pod ships flat-packed in a single, custom wooden crate with all panels, glass, and hardware organized for fast, damage-resistant installation. Contact support for exact crate dimensions and weight for your model.

What happens if I miss my scheduled delivery?

Redelivery can be arranged with the carrier. Holding a crate longer than about 48 hours at the terminal may incur storage and redelivery fees. If needed, ask about re-routing or upgrading to inside delivery/installation to minimize surcharges.

How does the motion sensor work in the office pods?

A built-in PIR motion sensor activates the LED lighting and ventilation shortly after you enter and powers them down after you leave, helping save energy.
