So what is it, actually?

It's a Javascript widget that can be positioned anywhere on any Shopify page (or any e-commerce page). As the shopper arrives, a chatGPT-type AI observes their behavior (ads they saw, where they click, what they ignore). It adaptively decides what content to show them. Essentially, it's ChatGPT, but it listens by observing your shopping and talks by showing you things.

Is it a pain to set up?

Does it learn from all stores with Product Genius?

Yes, by interacting with millions of shoppers across many many Shopify stores, it learns the best AI sales principles to amplify revenue. It uses these sales principles as its prompts when interacting with shoppers.

How does it help tell the brand story?

For newer shoppers, it inserts "story cards" into feeds to help them learn about the brand.

Is it a Chatbot?

No, it's a website that thinks. It listens by reading along as the shopper scrolls, clicks, etc., and it 'talks' by showing them things. There's no pop-up, and the shopper doesn't need to type anything.

Does it answer questions?

Yes, but shoppers don't ask them! First, it writes Q&As based on factual information surrounding your store (blogs, articles, product descriptions, etc.). Then, it shows them as Q&A cards during key moments in the shopper's feed to help address those final barriers to purchase.

Do you provide AI website search?

Yes. Shoppers can prompt the AI to search for products or information, and it really understands them. Our large language model ensures accurate and relevant results.

Is it a coupon/promo app?
