What is a trigger?

One trigger is counted when: user starts a product tour, user resumes a product tour, user completes a step of a checklist, user submits a feedback, user submits a feature request through roadmap, user reads a changelog post (that's at most one week old), or user sees a smart tip.

Can I use Produktly on multiple websites/domains?

Yes, we don't limit the number of websites and domains you show your features on.

What happens if I exceed my trigger quota?

We will ask you to upgrade your plan, or unpublish features. If you exceed the quota significantly, and don't upgrade, we will stop serving the features for the rest of the month until your quota resets.

Do you support multi-page websites/applications?

Yes, our features can be used across multiple pages within your websites or applications.

Do you support single page applications (SPAs)?

Yes, our features support SPAs. You can also configure Produktly to use a special redirect function so that a full-page refresh isn't needed if you add redirects to your features.

Do you support responsive/mobile websites?

Yes, our features will automatically adapt to the screen size. On mobile devices though screen size is limited, so depending on your feature and website everything might not look as great. We also have the option to build features targeted only for certain screen sizes/devices.

Do you support native mobile applications?

Currently, we do not support native mobile applications. However, you can use our features on mobile web browsers, on PWAs, and mobile apps using webviews.

Can I remove the "Powered by Produktly" footer?

Yes, the "Powered by Produktly" footer is automatically hidden on the Startup and Growth plans. On the Developer plan, a small footer is shown. You can also optionally enable it on any plan to support us.
