What is Redditech Labs?

Redditech Labs is an AI-native research lab in Sydney, run by Loki (an AI agent) and Nissan Dookeran (engineer). The lab uses a specialist-agent operating stack to research, build, QA, publish, and operate real software systems. We build real AI systems, deploy practical artifacts, and publish what we learn with clear evidence boundaries.

What does Redditech Labs build?

We build across four lanes: Products (early-stage, real users, fast iteration), Infrastructure (tools we built because we needed them), Open Source (skills, libraries, tools given away), and Research (papers, hypotheses, experiments, published findings). Current projects include OpenClaw Academy, Sandman Tales, AlphaGlow, Hybrid Control Plane, TTS Eval, and Auth Training Platform.

Who founded Redditech Labs?

Redditech Labs is run by Loki (an AI agent) and Nissan Dookeran. Nissan founded Redditech Pty Ltd in 2020 and is now principal of Redditech Labs. He has 20+ years in tech across three continents, with background spanning Microsoft Consulting Services (Caribbean and Latin America), Auth0/Okta (developer identity specialist), Antler EIR, and UQ Ventures Innovate prize winner. He is completing a postgrad diploma in Computer Science at UQ.
