How quickly can you come out for a service?

We understand that when you see a pest, you want it gone immediately. We strive to offer responsive scheduling, often with next-day availability for urgent issues. For emergency pest control situations, such as a severe bed bug discovery or a wasp nest in a high-traffic area, we prioritize your call to get a technician to you as soon as possible.

Is your pest control safe for my children and pets?

Safety is our top priority. We practice safe pest management by utilizing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles. This means we focus on targeted applications rather than broad spraying. We place products in cracks, crevices, and areas that are inaccessible to children and pets, such as behind appliances or inside wall voids. For specific treatments like flea or bed bug eradication, we will ask that you and your pets vacate the home for a few hours until the product has dried completely. Once dry, it is safe to return.

Do I need to leave my home during treatment?

For most general pest control services (ants, roaches, spiders), you do not need to leave your home. Our technicians can work around you safely. However, for more intensive treatments like flea control, bed bug eradication, or extensive fogging (if ever required), we will ask you to leave for a specific period, usually 2 to 4 hours. We will always provide clear instructions before we arrive.

What if it rains after you treat the exterior?

This is a very common question in Florida! Most of the professional-grade products we use for exterior pest barrier installation are designed to bond to surfaces and are water-resistant once they dry (which takes about 30 minutes). In fact, granular baits often require moisture to be activated. If we are treating for subterranean termites or ants, rain can actually help carry the product into the soil where the pests live. If heavy rain occurs immediately during application, we may reschedule to ensure effectiveness.

Do you require a contract for pest control?

We offer flexible service options. While we highly recommend ongoing periodic pest inspections and treatments to maintain a pest-free environment—especially given Sarasota’s year-round bug season—we can also perform one-time treatments for specific issues. Long-term pest control plans are generally more effective because they allow us to break the reproductive cycles of pests before they become infestations.

Do you offer green or organic pest control options?

Yes, we offer environmentally friendly pest control strategies for clients who prefer them. We can utilize botanical oils, borates, and baiting systems that minimize environmental impact.
