Almost none. ScaleLayer is a Done-For-You Infrastructure Service, not a software tool you have to learn. We build it, install it, and manage it. Your team takes the Qualified Hand-Offs we deliver — live transfer, callback, or calendar booking.

Does this require us to migrate our CRM or data?

Never. ScaleLayer is designed as an Overlay to your existing stack. We integrate natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and most major CRMs. We pull leads from your system, qualify them, and deliver Qualified Hand-Offs with full conversation context in your CRM.

How long does implementation take?

Typical deployment is 5–10 business days from the initial Audit to the first live message. This includes CRM integration, offer mapping, and compliance verification.

Does ScaleLayer replace my current sales team?

No. We automate the grunt work—lead qualification, follow-up, and hand-off—so your human team can focus 100% of their energy on closing deals. We don't fire your sales team; we feed them Qualified Hand-Offs.

Is this compliant with TCPA and SMS regulations?

Compliance is our Layer 0. We strictly adhere to TCPA and 10DLC regulations. Our RecoveryLayer is designed for Database Reactivation—targeting existing leads who have previously opted in. We manage opt-outs automatically to protect your domain reputation.

What is the pricing structure?

We operate on a Prepaid + Performance model. You prepay for your first 10 Qualified Hand-Offs upfront, which covers all setup, infrastructure, and your first 10 delivered hand-offs. After those are delivered, you pay a per-hand-off fee for each additional one. If we don't deliver 10 hand-offs within 45 days of campaign launch, you get a full refund.
