What is your approach to privacy, security, and compliance?

ScultureAI was designed and built from the ground-up to be private, secure and compliant. Our technical infrastructure is built with robust security and compliance measures in place, based on industry standards and privacy best practices. In addition to a traditional SaaS model, the entire ScultureAI infrastructure can also be deployed to and operated securely (and independently) within your organisation’s corporate cloud environment. We are GDPR Compliant and ISO 27001:2022 certified. We complete regular CASA application audits and CREST-certified penetration tests.

Does ScultureAI or any of its vendors use my company’s data for AI training?

None of the data is stored or used by us, or any of our vendors, for any training or other purposes.

What insights do you provide for the individual?

We can offer insight that allows individuals to track their progress and see how they’ve developed over time.

Can you provide insights into my company’s culture?

Yes. While individual data remains private, we can identify and share broader cultural and behavioural trends across your organisation, based on aggregated and anonymised data.

Does the product need to be deployed across the entire organisation?

ScultureAI is designed for small, mid and large enterprises, and can be used by organisations of any size. ScultureAI focuses on changing behaviours (not language) and can be applied across your entire organisation or tailored to specific use cases or teams, such as managers, new joiners, diverse teams, business units, or in post-M&A environments.
