How does Suply's cold chain monitoring work?

A Suply device is placed inside the shipment before dispatch. It records temperature, humidity, and shock continuously. Data is transmitted through Suply's global sensor network — near-live for air and road, and milestone-based at port checkpoints for ocean freight. When the shipment arrives, the exporter receives a signed digital record showing exactly what happened, where it happened, and who handled the cargo at each stage.

Does Suply require reverse logistics for device returns?

No. Suply devices are single-use. They ship with the cargo and do not need to be returned. There is no reverse logistics requirement, no dangerous goods paperwork, no SIM cards to manage, and no firmware to update.

What types of cargo is Suply designed for?

Suply is built for exporters of temperature-sensitive cargo including fresh produce (avocados, blueberries, citrus, mangoes), seafood (shrimp, fish, shellfish), cut flowers (roses, ornamentals), meat and poultry, and pharmaceutical products (vaccines, biologics). Suply devices capture data continuously inside the container, but transmission occurs at port checkpoints — typically 8 to 12 checkpoints per ocean voyage. The full record is surfaced when the device reconnects at arrival. Air and road shipments receive near-live updates.
