Is this evidence admissible in court?

Our archives include timestamped screenshots, complete metadata, SHA-256 hash verification, and cloud-stored original media files. This provides significantly more forensic provenance than simple screenshots. While admissibility depends on your jurisdiction and the presiding judge, our evidence packages are designed to meet the evidentiary standards expected by courts across common law jurisdictions.

Can I archive private accounts?

We can only archive publicly available content. If an account is set to private, the system cannot access its posts. This is why it is critical to archive evidence early, before the account owner restricts access.

What if the posts get deleted after I archive?

Once archived, your evidence is permanently stored in encrypted cloud storage. Even if the original content is deleted from TikTok or Instagram, your archive remains fully intact and accessible.

How long does archiving take?

Most accounts are fully archived within minutes. Our system processes approximately 4-5 seconds per video, including download, transcription, and screenshot capture. You can start browsing evidence early while transcription and comments continue processing in the background.

What is Forensic AI Search?

Forensic AI Search is our proprietary evidence intelligence engine. It analyses every transcript, caption, comment, and hashtag across your archive, then answers your questions in plain English with direct citations to the specific posts it references. It can locate a critical admission across hundreds of videos in seconds.

Can I share evidence with my lawyer?

Yes. You can generate a temporary 48-hour read-only link that gives your lawyer, barrister, or collaborator full access to view a specific account's evidence in the same dashboard interface you use, with search, filters, and modals, without creating an account. Links can be revoked at any time.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in AES-256 encrypted cloud storage with row-level security ensuring complete multi-tenant isolation. Your archives are only accessible to your authenticated account.

Do you support Instagram Stories?

Yes. Instagram Stories are automatically captured during archiving, including photos, videos, and metadata. Stories appear alongside regular posts with a purple Story tag for easy identification.
