How do you evaluate my performance?

We score against a rubric similar to top firms — structure, hypothesis, MECE, numeracy, business judgment, and communication. The rubric adjusts for interviewer-led vs candidate-led format. We also analyze tone and on-camera presence (pacing, clarity, confidence, filler words) with targeted notes.

Can I review my past sessions?

Yes, every session is saved and can be replayed anytime. Review your answers, see where you hesitated, and track how your approach evolves across mocks. Many candidates find reviewing sessions as valuable as the practice itself.
