How does Spatial Companion work in a live experience?

Spatial Companion works together with the app on Apple Vision Pro. While the user is immersed, an operator controls the experience from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac selecting content, advancing scenes, highlighting elements, and guiding the session in real time.

Do users need to know how to use Apple Vision Pro?

No. Spatial Companion is designed to work without guest mode and without prior experience. The user can be fully guided or even remain completely passive, while the host controls the experience remotely.

Which devices are compatible with Spatial Companion?

Spatial Companion runs natively on Apple Vision Pro (visionOS). The control app is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with seamless integration across the Apple ecosystem and no additional hardware required.

What types of assets can I upload and manage?

You can upload and manage a wide range of assets, including 3D models, spatial content, images, and videos such as 2D, 3D, 180°, 360°, Wide FoV, and Apple Immersive Video (≥90fps, ≥8K), all organized and prepared before or during live sessions.

Can I monitor what the user is seeing during the experience?

Yes. Enterprise configurations can include access to the Apple Vision Pro camera passthrough stream, allowing the host to follow the user’s point of view and physical context, making guidance even more precise and intuitive.

Can Spatial Companion replace physical products or inventory?

Yes. Spatial Companion enables you to showcase products, spaces, and digital twins entirely in Spatial Computing, reducing or eliminating the need for physical prototypes, inventory, or logistics especially useful for retail, events, and exhibitions.

Is the experience customizable in real time?

Absolutely. Each session can be adapted on the fly by selecting different 3D models, media, features, or narrative paths based on the user’s interests, profile, or live feedback.
