I’ve seen, heard, and done things as a leader of people I’m proud of, as well as things I know not to repeat. We spend so much time at work - studies estimate that 35% of our waking hours in our lifetime are spent at work. It makes sense that how we are treated at work and what we learn, see, hear while on the job we will end up practicing outside of work. I want to encourage and empower people to become better bosses, to set examples of how to treat each other with respect, handle conflict, and celebrate success IN ALL PARTS OF OUR LIVES! Maybe this will make a small impact on our world for the better.
