Does the AI have bias?

All language carries bias—the question is whose. Most AI tools aim for “neutral,” which in practice means perpetuating the biases of the internet material they’re trained on, avoidance of conflict, and hesitating to take a position on anything that matters. Meanwhile, Change Agent is trained to center impact, inflame passions, and inspire action. It takes a stance because your work requires one.
