What do you actually help people with?

I help small business owners reclaim time that gets lost to repetitive admin work like follow-ups, proposals, scheduling, reports, and more. Why Claude and not ChatGPT?

After three years of using Claude and ChatGPT, I find Claude is the better solution for my day-to-day business needs.
