What is the difference between TokenEyes' free and paid plans?

The key difference lies in the usage limits. The free plan allows you to monitor one address and includes a limited number of monthly risk checks and notifications. Paid plans offer significantly higher limits for monitored addresses, risk checks, and notifications, giving you greater flexibility and control. Can you monitor wallets on Centralized Exchanges?

TokenEyes can monitor any wallet on the blockchain for supported cryptocurrencies. However, most centralized exchanges do not provide the actual blockchain address where your assets are stored. Instead, the deposit address shown is typically one of the exchange’s shared hot wallets. Exchanges use this system to manage user funds collectively, streamlining transactions, reducing fees, and enhancing security by managing the flow of assets between hot (online) and cold (offline) wallets.

Do you support transaction notifications for ETH ERC20, BEP20, Polygon ERC20, TRC20, and ETC ERC20?

Yes, when you add an Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, TRON, or an Ethereum Classic address, you have the option to enable monitoring for your ETH ERC20, BEP20, Polygon ERC20, TRC20, and ETC ERC20 tokens as well. Only the parent address is counted as one monitored address.

Does TokenEyes support wallets that use xPub keys?

At this time, TokenEyes does not support wallets that use xPub keys. However, we are actively tracking user demand and may add support for xPub-based wallets in the future.
