How does TruxxAI work?

You tell us your preferred lanes, equipment, and schedule. Our system scans thousands of loads across major load boards and brokerages, finds the highest-paying options for your routes, and books them for you. You get notified with your next load, drive, upload your POD in the app, and we handle invoicing. That's it.

What do I need to get started?

An active MC authority, your own truck, and a trailer. Don't have an MC yet? We'll help you get one. No trailer? We'll start by finding Power Only loads while you figure that out. The signup takes about 5 minutes — just submit your MC Letter, Certificate of Insurance, and a W9.

How quickly can I start getting loads?

Most carriers start receiving load matches within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding. Once your paperwork is approved, our team sets up your profile and you'll get your first matches right away.

What kind of loads are available?

All major types — Dry Van, Flatbed, Step Deck, Reefer, Power Only, Box Truck, Hot Shot, Sprinter Van, and Cargo Van. We pull from multiple load boards and direct broker relationships, so you see freight that isn't always available on a single platform.

I'm a new carrier — will this work for me?

Yes, and this is where TruxxAI really helps. New carriers often struggle to get quality loads because brokers don't know them yet. We introduce you to our broker network, help you build a track record, and make sure you're booking loads from day one — not sitting around waiting.

How much does TruxxAI cost?

5% per load, and that's it. No signup fees, no monthly subscription, no hidden charges. You only pay when you're moving freight and earning money. The 5% covers everything: load matching, route planning, 24/7 dispatch support, factoring coordination, compliance help, and the app.

Do you work with my factoring company?

Yes. If you already have a factoring company, we integrate with them directly — you upload your proof of delivery in the app and we submit it automatically. No more chasing paperwork or waiting on payments.
