Is Vanta Sports really free?

Yes — completely free, forever. There are no monthly subscriptions, no per-player fees, no hidden costs, and no premium tiers. Every feature is included: team management, scheduling, payments, messaging, attendance, analytics — all of it.

What sports does Vanta Sports support?

Vanta Sports works for any team sport — football, rugby, GAA, hurling, hockey, basketball, athletics, swimming, and more. The platform is sport-agnostic, so it adapts to however your club operates.

How do parents and guardians join?

When you add players to your club, guardians receive an invitation to download the app and link to their child. They can then view schedules, RSVP to events, pay fees, and communicate with coaches — all from their phone.

Can I import existing data from our current system?

Yes. You can import player rosters, contact details, and team structures. Vanta also supports automatic fixture imports from league sources like Spawtz.

Is club data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Supabase (built on AWS) with enterprise-grade security. Vanta follows GDPR best practices and never shares data with third parties.

Do coaches need a separate app?

Coaches can do most things directly from the club platform — manage teams, schedule events, message parents, and take attendance. There is also a dedicated Coach App for iOS with extra pitch-side features like session planning, drill cards, and Apple Watch integration.
