If your purchased limited-time data plan is not activating, please check the following steps: 1) eSIM must be added to your device. 2) You must select the added eSIM as your cellular/mobile data source. 3) You must enable roaming on the added eSIM. 4) You must be connected to the local carrier's network in your country. 5) Your Wi-Fi connection must be turned off. After successfully completing all these steps, your limited-time data plan will be activated within 5-10 minutes.

How can I view my data plan usage?

You can access the 'Term Data Plans' section on the 'My eSIM' page. From there, you can access details of your active and past purchased plans and view usage information.
