Our approach is especially effective for complex conditions that haven’t responded to traditional treatments.

What Can I Expect During My First Appointment?

Your first visit is a thorough 75–90 minute consultation where we’ll dive deep into your health history, symptoms, and goals. You’ll fill out detailed health forms ahead of time, and we may recommend specific tests to help uncover underlying imbalances. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a plan for your healing journey.

What Types of Testing Do You Use?

We use a combination of conventional and advanced diagnostic tests to assess your health. Depending on your needs, we may recommend hormone panels, stool analyses, food sensitivity tests, nutrient evaluations, toxin screenings, genetic tests, and more. Many of these tests can be done from home using simple kits.

How Long Will It Take to See Results?

Every person’s healing journey is unique. Some may see improvement within a few weeks, while others with more complex issues may take longer. We’ll discuss realistic expectations during your consultation and provide ongoing support as you work toward better health.

Do You Accept Insurance?

While we are out-of-network for most insurance plans, we provide detailed invoices (superbills) that you can submit for reimbursement. Many lab tests may be covered by insurance, and we also offer payment plans to help make care affordable.

Do I Need to Stop Seeing My Other Doctors?

Not at all! Functional medicine works alongside your current medical care. We’re happy to collaborate with your primary care physician or specialists (with your consent) to make sure all aspects of your health are supported.
