What's included in a regular cleaning?

Our regular cleaning covers every room in your home. We dust surfaces, furniture tops, baseboards, chair rails, door panels, ceiling fans, blinds, window sills, picture frames, and lamps. We vacuum all carpets with HEPA filtration and damp mop hard floors. Kitchens get countertops disinfected, appliance exteriors cleaned and shined, sink sanitized, and cabinet fronts spot-cleaned. Bathrooms are fully disinfected — showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures all get scrubbed and shined. What's the difference between a regular cleaning and a spring cleaning?

A spring cleaning includes everything in our regular cleaning plus deeper tasks: damp wiping all baseboards and window sills, damp wiping door panels and frames, vacuuming upholstered furniture, removing cobwebs (within reach), and damp wiping kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts. It's available to our recurring customers whenever you need that extra deep clean — not just in spring.

What cleaning products and equipment do you use?

We use Green Seal certified and eco-friendly products including Envirox h2Orange2 (EPA-registered disinfectant), Green Seal certified glass and multi-purpose cleaners, eco-logo soap scum remover, and Bon Ami for tough spots. All of our cloths, mop heads, and dusters are microfiber, and we vacuum with ProTeam Sierra backpack HEPA vacuums that capture 99.97% of allergens. We supply all products and equipment — you don't need to provide a thing.

Do you require a contract?

No — we never require contracts. You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service and cancel anytime with 24 hours' notice. No cancellation fees, no penalties. We believe in earning your business every single visit.
