How does the AI coaching work?

Arvo uses 20 specialized AI agents that work together in real-time. The Load Navigator calculates your next set weight in under 500ms based on your previous performance, fatigue signals, and training history. The Exercise Architect selects movements based on your equipment, injury history, and preferences. Other agents handle volume tracking (MEV/MAV/MRV), deload triggers, and cross-cycle learning. Every decision includes visible reasoning so you understand why.

What training methodologies does Arvo support?

Arvo implements multiple evidence-based methodologies with scientific fidelity: Kuba Method (progressive volume landmarks, lengthened-biased exercises), Mentzer High-Intensity Training (single working sets to failure, pre-exhaust protocols), FST-7 (fascia stretch training with 7 sets, 30-45s rest), Y3T (3-week rotation: heavy/moderate/high-rep), and Mountain Dog Training (4-phase workouts with loaded stretching). Each methodology has dedicated configuration ensuring the AI follows the actual protocols, not just labels.

Does Arvo work offline in the gym?

Yes, completely. All AI decisions run locally with cached models. No internet required during workouts. Data syncs automatically when you're back online. Wake Lock keeps screen on, so you never have to unlock your phone between sets.

Can I add my own custom equipment?

Absolutely. Got a specialty machine your gym has? Custom cable attachment? Add it once with a name and example exercises. The AI will suggest exercises for your custom equipment in future workouts.

What if I get injured or have pain?

The Insights system automatically detects patterns. Log pain once on an exercise? It notes it. Twice? Creates an insight with severity level. Three times? Automatically avoids that exercise and suggests alternatives.

How does the AI learn my preferences?
