How do payments, extensions, and early returns work?

Payment timing depends on the provider and the booking setup. We confirm whether payment is due in advance, at handover, or by payment link before the rental starts. If you want to keep the booking longer, ask before the current end time so we can check availability and confirm the extension once the extra rental period is paid. Early returns are generally non-refundable, though we can check with the provider if a special case applies. Card payments may include a small processing fee.

Is there a security deposit?

A security deposit is not required on every booking. It depends on the provider and the unit, and if one applies we confirm the amount, hold method, and refund conditions with you before payment or handover.

Is insurance included in the rental price?

Insurance is not included by default. Some listings offer optional damage cover, while others do not, and the price, exclusions, liability limit, and incident process depend on the provider and the specific vehicle. If cover is available, we confirm in writing what is included, what is excluded, and whether it affects the deposit before you pay or take handover.

How do delivery & pickup work?

Delivery and pickup can often be arranged, but the area, timing, meeting point, and any fee depend on the provider, the unit, and the route for that day. We confirm the workable handover plan with you before payment or handover.

Do you deliver to hotels, villas, and the airport?

Many providers can hand over at a hotel or villa, and some can also arrange airport delivery or pickup. It is not universal for every unit or route, so we confirm availability, timing, meeting point, and any fee before you pay or travel to the handover.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel before the rental starts, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value may apply. After handover or once the rental has started, including early returns, bookings are generally non-refundable. Short bookings, monthly hires, and provider-specific offers can carry different terms, so we confirm the exact cancellation rules with you in advance.
