The essence of shamanic healing is simple and profound; everything that belongs to you is returned to you and everything that does not belong to you is removed from you and returned to where it belongs.

I believe wholeheartedly in our ability to heal and the power to transform ourselves and our lives. The experiences of doubt, anxiety, depression, confusion, lack of self worth don't have to be your life. Or YOU. I use evidence based tools: EMDR, NLP, AEDP, parts work, and somatics. Grounded in the bedrock of classical shamanism and at times with the assistance of psychedelics, we work multidimensionally- like untangling a ball of yarn. Sometimes we tug at one layer to get traction on another. Sometimes the dreams are the point of entry and sometimes it is the body. Our work together is very much an active collaboration of curiosity and inquiry. I work primarily with those who experience intractable suffering due to trauma and indoctrination-especially those in the LGBTQ+ community. My intention in working with you is to guide you back to the the relationship that matters most-the one with your True Self. Together we attend to your healing wish.
