How far in advance should I book my Chicago Proposal Photographer?

To ensure availability and meticulous planning for your Chicago proposal, I recommend booking your photographer at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. This timeframe allows us to discuss your vision, preferred locations, and any specific details you have in mind.

How does the process work?

Following our initial interaction, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your details and aspirations for this special occasion. During this conversation, I’ll outline my approach, and upon your official commitment through signing a contract and submitting the deposit, we’ll delve into the specifics. My goal is to make sure you feel confident, leaving you to fully concentrate on savoring the proposal!

How do we comunicate the day of the proposal?

All preparations will be set, and on the day itself, we will stay in touch through text.

Will you get there early?

I arrive 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to ensure that I am well-prepared and ready.

Will you be hidden?

It depends on the specific location and the strategy we’ve previously discussed. But, most of the time I will try to blend with the scene as much as possible.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your preferences and comfort are my top priorities. If you have specific ideas or preferences for handling weather-related challenges, I’m more than happy to incorporate them into our plan.I always come prepared with equipment that can withstand various weather conditions. In case of light rain or drizzle, we can make use of creative solutions such as umbrellas to capture your “I DO!”.I understand that your proposal is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and I’m committed to ensuring it is captured beautifully, rain or shine.

When do we get our photos?

You will receive 3-5 photos the same day to have and post to social media, and the full gallery is to be expected within 72 hours.

How many photos will I receive?

You can expect 70 to 100+ final edited photos in a beautiful online gallery, that can be shared with family and friends.
