Q.01Is the mist safe for kids, pets, and pollinators?

Yes. Our default concentrate is pyrethrum , an EPA-registered botanical derived from chrysanthemum flowers. It breaks down in UV light within minutes of application, meaning by the time you walk outside, the active chemical is already degraded. Cycles fire at dawn and dusk specifically to avoid bee and butterfly foraging windows. We’re happy to walk through the SDS on request.

Q.02How much does a full system actually cost?

Most Houston and Dallas homeowners invest between $1,800 and $3,500 for a complete system, depending on yard size, nozzle count, and system type (Barrel vs Tankless). That includes design, permits where required, installation, calibration, and the first concentrate fill. No subscription, no financing gimmicks. We give you the full number in writing before any install.

Q.03How long does installation take?

Most residential installs are completed in a single day , typically 6 to 8 hours from arrival to walkthrough. Tubing is routed discreetly along fences, soffits, and landscaping. By dinner, your system is armed and your first cycle is scheduled.

Q.04Am I locked into a contract?

Never. We don’t do contracts, never have. You own the hardware. You choose whether to use us for refills and maintenance. If you move or change your mind, there’s nothing to cancel. We earn your repeat business every visit.

Q.05What about rain, wind, and HOA rules?

Our systems include a weather-skip sensor that pauses cycles in rain and winds above 10 mph. Tubing runs inside landscape bed lines, under eaves, and along fence tops, visually discreet enough that we’ve passed every HOA architectural committee in the DFW and Houston areas to date. Documentation for HOAs is provided free of charge.

Q.06Do you service systems you didn't install?

Yes. We service and refill every major brand , MistAway, Pynamite, SkeeterVac, Mosquito Nix, and others. First-visit diagnostic is $89 and applied to the first service if you choose us going forward.
