How does billing work?

Each service month is paid by a one-time Stripe invoice or payment link before work begins. Elyvra does not use automatic recurring billing. Future months are invoiced only after written client approval.

How do I stop service with Elyvra?

Because Elyvra does not automatically renew packages, there is no need to cancel future billing. To stop after the current service month, simply do not approve the next invoice. You'll receive every deliverable already paid for. See the full Refund Policy.

What's the turnaround from kickoff to first post?

Onboarding takes 5–7 business days. A 30-day content calendar is delivered for written approval by day 7. Production of approved content begins immediately after sign-off and the first scheduled post typically goes live in week 2 or 3 depending on platform mix.

Do you guarantee follower or revenue growth?

No. Elyvra delivers strategy, production and reporting under monthly service packages; we do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates or revenue outcomes — those depend on factors outside our control including product-market fit, paid spend and seasonality. Any agency that guarantees growth numbers is overpromising.

Who owns the content Elyvra produces?
