We specialize in non-traditional, fun, unique and incredibly personalized intimate weddings and elopements. We work with couples only and those with about 30–40 guests. Our specialty is non-traditional, fun, unique, incredibly personalized intimate weddings - everything is personalized and customized based on our couple’s interests, hobbies, needs, wants, and logistics. We help create an experience that is truly yours, whether that means a couples-only adventure elopement, an intimate micro-wedding with your closest people, or a nature-filled celebration at a unique property or venue.

How involved or time consuming is the personalization process for a custom wedding experience?

We have an incredibly easy yet detailed process. Elizabeth and her assistant do all the leg work, so you have everything you need to make decisions easy and quickly. We will have a couple of detailed chats, and everything gets worked out with fun ideas and suggestions, and perfect itineraries and details for you to pick and choose from or customize your day further. Nothing is overlooked, and you get to share your inspos and ideas too - we’ll chat over them together and make sure the final plan feels exactly like you.

What services do you include, and what are we responsible for?

Our team and packages are designed to be as all inclusive as possible for your elopement or intimate wedding day. Depending on the package, we typically include planning and coordination, location ideas and logistics guidance, officiant and ceremony, photography (and optionally videography), timeline creation, styling guidance, actual decor and set up for your ceremony and dinner celebration, bridal hair and makeup and help coordinating any other key vendors such as catering, desserts, live music if desired etc. You are usually responsible for covering your location or venue (often free or low

What is a typical overall budget for an all-inclusive elopement or intimate micro-wedding with EZ Elopements?

Every couple and destination is a little different, but most of the all inclusive, fun, unique elopement getaways we help plan fall in the range of around $7,000–$14,000 all in, including your package, accommodations, flights if needed, attire details, and other essentials. Intimate micro-weddings with guests usually fall closer to about $12,000–$20,000+, depending on the final choice of location or venue, any needed transportation, and your catering or private chef needs. Where are you based, and do you travel?

We are based out of Jarrettsville, Maryland from May through November, where we also offer our private forest venue for intimate weddings and elopements with frequent trips to upstate New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida. During the winter months, we are based in Texas and Arizona, and throughout the entire year we frequently work in Washington state and Montana, two of our most requested destination regions. How far in advance should we book with EZ Elopements?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you know that an elopement or intimate wedding feels right for you, especially for popular seasons like spring and fall or bucket-list locations such as national parks, mountains, or destination spots. Many couples book several months to a couple of years in advance, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on date and location flexibility. You don’t need to have an exact date, location, or guest count figured out to inquire - most couples come to us early, and we help them figure those pieces out together.
