The Feed Ball was designed as a spherical shape for multiple reasons:The shape allows it to be more aerodynamic than standards box feeders. Its smooth, rounded surface allows wind to flow around it more easily, reducing drag and minimizing turbulence, enhancing stability and resilience against strong winds.The shape also provides a conical shape at the bottom of the feeder drastically minimizing residual, old remaining feed at the bottom as the feeder empties.

The central drive shaft system was designed to allow the user easy access to all critical components of the mechanical system at face height. What is the warranty on The Feed Ball?

The Feed Ball rotomolded parts are protected by a 20-year warranty. All rotomolded Feed Ball parts are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligence, misuse, fire, wildlife, severe weather or modifications. Accidental or normal wear and tear is not warranted including scratches, dents, chips or discoloration. The rotomolding process will create slight irregularities in each feeder.
