It means during business days (Mon-Fri), I respond to all asynchronous communications within 24 hours. Usually, if we are in a Team Embedding partnership, I am active in your Slack/Discord throughout the day for much faster real-time loops.

I specialize in modern, high-velocity stacks: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. I also have deep experience with AI integrations (OpenAI/Anthropic) and serverless infrastructure on AWS/Vercel.

How does a Fractional CTO differ from a regular freelancer?

What happens if we need more than 4 weeks for a project?

The Sprint is specifically scoped for high-velocity delivery of a core product. If your requirements are significantly larger, we can either break it into multiple Sprints or move to the Team Embedding model which allows for continuous, flexible development.

Do you handle DevOps and Infrastructure?

Yes. Part of founder-led velocity is ensuring you don't have to worry about the plumbing. I handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, database management, and cloud infrastructure setup as part of every project.
