When generating a new proposal, our agents use hybrid search (semantic vectors + keyword matching) to find and incorporate the most relevant content from your library. The more you upload, the better and more personalized your proposals become.

What is the Product Catalog and how is it different from the Knowledge Base?

The Product Catalog is where you declare what you sell — SAP (or other third-party) resale SKUs, your own proprietary IP and accelerators, productized services, and billable roles from your rate card. The Knowledge Base is unstructured evidence (past RFPs, case studies, datasheets); the Catalog is a structured list of offerings with names, categories, pricing models, and capabilities. You can manage it at Settings → Product Catalog.

How does MyBids.AI match my product catalog to an incoming RFP?

A dedicated Catalog Matcher runs in the 9-agent pipeline right after qualification. It scores each active catalog item against the RFP's extracted requirements and assembles a Primary / Complementary / Optional bundle with coverage gaps and a rejected audit trail. The matcher uses the RFP's engagement-type classification (product / consulting / single resource) to pick which item kinds anchor the bundle.
